Located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. Restaurant is on the smaller side with very cute decor. They have a small outdoor seating area and is dog friendly! I recommend making a reservation - it's very easy to make on their website and I was able to make a same day reservation for dinner. We were seated immediately even though we came close to 30 mins early for our reservation. Our server was very sweet and brought out a water bowl for our dog. She also turned on the heat lamp and lugged it closer to us when it got chilly towards the end of the night! Seafood pescatore - rosso: plenty of fresh seafood, flavorful and saucy. Mentaiko cream pasta: I wasn't expecting to like this dish as much as I did! I usually don't really like cream based sauces, but it wasn't actually too heavy. I highly recommend Mentaiko mayo mochi cheese pizza: This was such a hit! The cheese is infused with mochi so it's a bit chewy in consistency, and it's thin crust. It's a very savory pizza. Large portion Spicy arrabbiata: has a slight kick but not too spicy. Plenty of sauce and very flavorful! We had plenty of leftovers as a party of 4. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all dishes. I'd highly recommend!

i loveeee la casa mia. it always hits!!! this is my 3rd time coming back and the pasta is as delicious as always. they use their own homemade pasta and it is sooo toothsome. i love a good al dente pasta. service was good. we got seated immediately and our food came out quickly we got the mentaiko and carbonara. both were flavored to perfectionnnn you should stop reading my review and drive yourself over to la casa mia. it's for the girls, the date nights, the boys. you could stop by savers and thrift beforehand. perfect hangout ‼

La Casa Mia is a small, quaint Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was fantastic. Our server always had a smile on her face and was incredibly pleasant, even though she seemed to be the only main person serving that evening. For dinner, we started with the following: Japanese Mushroom Pizza Melody: 5/5. The pizza crust was incredibly thin, and the variety of mushrooms, along with the flavorful sauce, made it an exceptional dish. The medley of mushrooms created a great taste experience. Mentaiko Cream Spaghetti: 5/5. This dish was amazing. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and the creamy white sauce was excellent. Every bite was perfect. Wagyu Sukiyaki Pasta: 5/5 The Wagyu beef was tender and juicy, and the sauce was sweet and flavorful. This was another favorite of the night. Salmon Shimeji Mushroom Risotto: 5/5 The creaminess of the risotto was spot-on, and every bite with the roe was a symphony of flavors in your mouth. Even though we were full, we couldn't resist dessert. We ordered the some Matcha cream and the Mango Cream Dessert, both of which were the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. We did prefer the matcha over the mango because the mango sauce was a bit too tangy for me. Make sure to call ahead for reservations, as they get booked up quickly. We ordered a lot of food but it did not break the bank. Prices and very reasonable. I will be back!

Always a fan of everything Japanese... especially places related to Orenchi Ramen. The ramen powerhouse decided to branch out and landed on Japanese x Italian fusion place. If you are curious definitely make the time and reservation to try it out. The decor comes off as a homey Italian cafe feeling the vibe kicks off such a great experience. Menu is not really that big but it would be struggle to figure out what you would want since everything looks amazing. The dessert is shipped from Ikuka Bakery from Los Altos another sweet delicate branch made by Orenchi. Definitely try that place too! The drink selection is pretty good too from fruity drinks all the way to beautiful cocktails and lattes. We ordered some appetizers from takoyaki, Nikujyaga Potato Stew La Casa Mia style (make sure to order bread to complement it), honey mustard karaage. For the main event I took a shot on the sukiyaki pasta (bringing about the sweet love of meat and broth), my friend got the Salmon risotto a must have! We also tried Uni Pasta and it was decadent and delicious. To round off the meal we had a beautiful chocolate banana tart not at all sweet or bitter and the flavors were well balanced. Definitely will come back to try their other offerings. Service was amazing, our wonderful waitress was attentive and helpful.

Eaten on 7/3/24 with a 7:30 PM reservation: - Berry calpico: Not as enjoyable as the orange calpico - Orange calpico: Tasted mostly like OJ, not so much calpico flavor, but this was good! - Honey mustard chicken: big portions for an appetizer, needed more sauce but it was moist inside the breading - Wagyu meat sauce bolognese with pork cutlet: Tasted like regular beef to me and was tasty in a fusion-y way... noodles were not overcooked. I liked the fatty chewy bits in the pork cutlet a lot. - Mentaiko mochi pizza: Interesting textures and tasted creamy! It tasted even better the next day after putting it in the airfryer and drizzling hot honey on it :) Service: I can tell that it is a fast-paced and stressful place to work busy shifts, but the staff were super fast with bussing tables down. They were also really hospitable - I think our mentaiko mochi pizza was forgotten, so they took this off our check as a courtesy. Ambience: It's a quaint themed spot with indoor and outdoor seating. The tables are pretty close together, the plates/cups/decor are cute and remind me of Daiso. Also, they have a bidet in the bathroom :) Parking is easy and they share a lot with several other businesses.

Quick update as I add more pictures and more feedback on additional dishes we tried!! Been there a few more times for dinner - and one time I had a reservation and 2nd time I didn't but got to sit at the counter so all was good. First off - so many delicious FAVORITES here... Their Sukiyaki with sweet shoyu beef Pasta is one of our all time FAVORITES! The flavors are delicate and impeccable - and we love how the pasta is cooked to perfection - a bit al dente. First time I got it hubby and I shared - the next time we each our own plate of food! LOL Another delicious dish is their Mentaiko Cream Spaghetti! OMG - the flavor is AMAZING and SO GOOD... it's a bit rich so need to eat it slowly and also put the roe from the sides of the plate into the dish - it's SO GOOD!! We really wanted the Uni Pasta but they didn't offer it that night so having the Mentaiko was PERFECT. Guess we have to go back to get the Uni Pasta!! Another dish that I LOVED was the Meat Sauce Pasta with Pork Cutlet. The pork cutlet was tender and crunchy - and that pasta with the meat sauce was amazing... Each of the pasta dishes are SO UNIQUELY different and all amazing on their own. So glad I got to try a bit from everyone!! A friend of ours tried the Salmon Mushroom Risotto and was VERY impressed - the flavors were so unique and delicious!! For appetizers on this next go around - we also got the Nikujuaga Potato Stew - I have to say - it was delicious but I definitely could have passed on this BUT having said that hubby and middle LOVED it and pretty much cleaned up the plate... It's small little potatoes with a cream sauce and cheese with little bits of Japanese beef bits - maybe if it had more beef bits? The Takoyaki is a must - had it multiple times and it's a staple appetizer we always get - chunks of octopus but it's that creamy filling inside with the nice crunch on the outside... Great starter!! Am definitely coming back to try more on their menu... service was nice - they were pretty slammed but servers were easy to wave down to get more water and boxes...

La Casa Mia is one of my favorite restaurants to go to when I'm craving for some comfort food for a nice occasion! Opened by the same owners that run Orenchi, Ikuka, and Ogiku, they recently opened their second location of La Casa Mia in Milpitas. When LCM first opened, I didn't have a great experience, but going again a year later they've made several improvements in their staff training, cleanliness, and menu. I would recommend only coming here for dinner service. Their lunch menus are much smaller and don't carry some items that are only available for dinner. Since LCM is pretty popular especially on the weekends - make sure you make a reservation before coming to avoid a long wait. What I've ordered: - Honey mustard fried chicken - Salmon shimeji mushroom risotto - Mentaiko Cream Tagliatelle - Mentaiko Mayo Mochi Cheese Pizza And I've loved all of them! Sometimes it's hard to choose what to order because these were all so good. They also carry daily limited quantities of desserts from their sister bakery, Ikuka - if you see what you want when you sit down, I recommend flagging your waiter to put those on your order so they don't run out. The mont blanc, custard pudding, and matcha tiramisu have all been amazing and not too sweet!
